John Koprivnjak
Principal
John has been a Director of Titles Strata Management for more than 10 years. He has extensive experience in building rectification and has specialised in strata schemes and community title law for more than 20 years.
John is a member of the Institute of Strata Title Management and the National Community Title Institute.
- A Licensed Strata Manager for more than 20 years.
- Previously employed as a technical officer for the State Pollution Control Commission and the CSIRO.
- Many years experience in providing advice to developers on insurance issues, proposed by-laws, Owners Corporations set-up, budgeting/levies, repairs and maintenance issues.
- Extensive knowledge of Consumer Trader and Tenancy Tribunal Application for Orders and Responses.
- Successfully completed Home Owners Warranty Claims for Owners Corporations to the value of $8 Millions.
- Authorised Representative of CHU Underwriting Agencies and Strata Unit Underwriting Agencies.
John Little
Chief Executive Officer
With more than 20 years' industry experience, John has extensive knowledge of strata title, community title, retirement viallages and neighbourhood schemes.
John completed the Strata managers Bridging Course at the Univisity of Western Sydney, Faculty of Business in 1992 and jointed the Institute of Strata Title Management 1997.
- Specialises in Large Strata Schemes, Community Associations, Neighbourhood Association and Retirement Villages.
- Established the first Owners Corporations and Community Associations in Cape Cabarita, Breakfast Point, the Olympic Site, and Newington.
- Awarded 10 Years of Service to the industry in 2007 by the Institute of Strata Title Management.
- Awarded a Certificate of Accomplishment in 2007 by QBE Insurance Limited.
Noel Chung
Senior Accountant
Noel has worked in accounting for more than 10 years, specialising in taxation, she has extensive experience in:
- Preparing a full set of accounts
- Preparing Business Activity Statements (BAS), Instalment Activity Statements (IAS) and Income Tax Returns (ITR) for individuals, partnerships, busineses, trusts and super funds.
- Applications for Australian Business Numbers (ABN).
- Registration for Goods and Services Tax (GST).
- Applications for Tax File Numbers (TFN).
- Liaison with the Australian Taxation Office (ATO)
We keep individual bank accounts and financials for Owners Corporations which are updated and reconciled by Noel and her team on a daily basis, ensuring both Administrative and Sinking Fund Budgets are able to be met and funds are available to pay contractors.
Noel is a registered Tax Agent, Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) Agent, member of Institue of Public Accountants (MIPA) and speaks Mandarin and Cantonese.
