Proxy Form
To nominate a representative in your absence at a general meeting of the owners corporation, you can forward a proxy form to us four (4) hours prior to the commencement of the meeting by email or fax.
Change of Owners Contact Details
As the owner, it is your responsibility to keep your contact details up to date.
Section 119 of the Strata Schemes Management Act 1996 states:
- If a lot is leased, the lessor must give notice of the lease, in accordance with this section to the owners corporation within 14 days after the commencement of the lease.
Maximum penalty: 5 penalty units.
- If a lot is subleased, the sublessor must give notice of the sublease, in accordance with this section, to the owners corporation within 14 days after the commencement of the sublease.
Maximum penalty: 5 penalty units. 
- If a lease or sublease of a lot is assigned, the assignor must give notice of the assignment, in accordance with this section, to the owners corporation within 14 days after the execution of the assignment.
Maximum penalty: 5 penalty units.
- The notice must specify:
- The name of the lessee, sublessee or assignee, and
- The contact details of the lessee, sublessee or assignee, and
- The date of commencement or assignment of the lease or sublease, as the case requires, and
- The name of any agent acting for the owner in respect of the lease or sublease.

For a company to appoint a nominee to act and vote on their behalf at general meetings of the owners corporation.
