Funds Security

Our unique relationship with Macquarie Bank ensures a solid rate of interest on owners corporation trust funds held with us. Each strata scheme's trust funds are kept in individual accounts. We provide insurance on the funds through the Department of Fair Trading and our licensing arrangements.

Monthly Cash Management Reports / Authorise Payments

Most Owners Corporation members wish to stay active in the management of their strata scheme and authorise payment to trades people. We provide monthly statements of all transactions and provide an option to hold cheques to contractors as required.

Levy Payments

Our electronic systems are GST-compliant and customised to your Owners Corporation needs. Your levy payments are updated daily.

We provide several options for payment of your levy contributions through Macquarie Bank DEFT payment systems including Internet, phone and BPAY transfer; credit cards; cheque payment at any branch of post office or with return mail envelope to the Macquarie. Banking, Accounts and Taxation

Noel Chung - Senior Accountant of Titles Strata Management together with our experienced and well trained accounting team work with the Owners Corporations to prepare and lodge Income Tax Returns and Activity Statements including Business Activity Statements (BAS) and Instalment Activity Statements (IAS). Noel is a registered Tax Agent and member of Institute of Public Accountants. She has more than ten years' accounting and taxation experience.
